Le programme
Vous naviguez les complexités du début de carrière — réseau, subventions, statut d'artiste, espace de travail ? Pairing is Caring crée avant tout un espace de soutien collectif entre artistes émergent·e·s : des groupes de travail entre pairs qui se réunissent régulièrement pour partager expériences, ressources et outils concrets — structurer votre carrière, élargir votre réseau, trouver des financements, négocier une rémunération juste, définir vos prochaines étapes. En complément, un mentorat individuel vous offre un regard extérieur expérimenté et des conseils ciblés selon vos besoins.
Ce que vous y trouvez
- Des groupes de travail entre pairs, réguliers.
- Un·e mentor·e dédié·e sur un an — vous fixez ensemble le rythme.
- Une journée de rencontre pour découvrir les groupes et votre personne de soutien. [date à confirmer]
Comment postuler
Envoyez-nous un CV et remplissez le formulaire. Le nombre de places dépend du nombre de mentor·e·s disponibles : une sélection sera faite, en tenant compte de vos besoins et des parcours des mentor·e·s, pour former les binômes les plus justes. Candidatures ouvertes jusqu'au 30 juillet 2026, 23h59.
[Note d'inclusion — à confirmer] Priorité aux personnes les plus en besoin, avec une attention particulière pour les artistes sans papiers et les personnes issues de minorités.

The programme
Are you navigating the complexities of an early career — network, grants, artist status, workspace? Pairing is Caring is first and foremost a space of collective support among emerging artists: peer working groups that meet regularly to share experiences, resources and concrete tools — structuring your career, widening your network, finding funding, negotiating fair pay, defining your next steps. In addition, one-to-one mentoring offers you an experienced outside perspective and targeted advice based on your needs.
What you'll find
- Regular peer working groups.
- A dedicated mentor over one year — you set the pace together.
- A meeting day to discover the groups and your support person. [date to confirm]
How to apply
Send us a CV and fill in the form. The number of places depends on the number of available mentors: a selection will be made, taking into account your needs and the mentors' backgrounds, to form the fairest pairings. Applications open until 30 July 2026, 23:59.
[Inclusion note — to confirm] Priority to those most in need, with particular attention to artists without papers and people from minority backgrounds.

Het programma
Navigeert u de complexiteit van een beginnende carrière — netwerk, subsidies, kunstenaarsstatuut, werkruimte? Pairing is Caring is in de eerste plaats een ruimte van collectieve ondersteuning tussen opkomende kunstenaars: peergroepen die regelmatig samenkomen om ervaringen, middelen en concrete tools te delen — uw carrière structureren, uw netwerk verbreden, financiering vinden, een eerlijke vergoeding onderhandelen, uw volgende stappen bepalen. Daarnaast biedt individuele mentoring u een ervaren blik van buitenaf en gericht advies op maat van uw noden.
Wat u hier vindt
- Regelmatige peergroepen.
- Een toegewijde mentor·e gedurende één jaar — u bepaalt samen het ritme.
- Een ontmoetingsdag om de groepen en uw steunpersoon te leren kennen. [datum te bevestigen]
Hoe kandideren
Stuur ons een CV en vul het formulier in. Het aantal plaatsen hangt af van het aantal beschikbare mentor·es: er wordt een selectie gemaakt, rekening houdend met uw noden en de trajecten van de mentor·es, om de meest passende duo's te vormen. Kandideren kan tot 30 juli 2026, 23u59.
